The AVAIL Approach:

We were originally brought in as an assistant to support the lead operator on a single application, but quickly expanded support across multiple systems to help ensure a smooth setup.

The Outcome:

Midway through the event, we stepped into the lead role and carried execution through to completion, resulting in a seamless, high-impact program with no disruptions.
