The AVAIL Approach:
Originally brought on for a single application, we were quickly faced with a major staffing shortage caused by severe weather, requiring immediate expansion of responsibilities across multiple areas of the build.
The Outcome:
We adapted in real time by supporting multiple systems, directing an additional tech lead, and providing on-the-job training to strengthen overall execution capacity. Despite extended 21-hour operational days, delivery remained consistent and fully successful, with both the client and end client expressing strong satisfaction with the outcome.
